Well, it's that time of the year again, it's time for the old stamps to head off into the sunset in preparation for new stamps. Please let me know if you can't download or pull up the lists of retiring stamps. I'd be happy to email them to you!
And here are the retiring accessories... Keep in mind that if they have a star (asterisk) on the far right hand they are not actually retiring, just being reconfigured.
